Song Sung-Heon started his career as a fashion model. In 1995, he broke into the TV industry and starred in various dramas. He has won some actors awards and gradually become a well known actor at that time. In 1999, he starred in his first film Calla.

In 2000, TV drama Endless Love has made him a super star in Korea as well as everywhere in East Asia. He has become one of the most popular Korean actors of his generation. Recently, he has just finished a new film called So Close, which is directed by Hong Kong director Corey Yuen.
