Jeon Do-Yun started her career in the early 90s, she was mainly a TV actress as that time. In 1997, she starred in The Contact. This film became successful and turned her into a popular film actress. In 1999, she won a best actress award in local Blue Dragon film award ceremony.

Right now, she is working on a TV sitcom series.
