Lin Fa Shan Exploration

This was the last of the hikes I did in December 2008 with Roz`s Hiking Group. We explored all day on some unknown trails, starting with a back route from Mui Wo up to the Lantau Trail Stage 2, climbing all the way up to Lin Fa Shan, then back down to the villages behind Mui Wo to Tung Chung.

At 766 Metres, Lin Fa Shan is Hong Kong`s 5th highest mountain. This was a very tricky hike as there was no actual path up to the top. Steep grassy slopes made the climb very hard in the hazy sunshine.

To start the walk, catch the ferry to Mui Wo and follow the hike leader. :p
